Madeira’s Needle Tracker helps you keep track of the needles on your embroidery machine heads.
Did you know the average life span of a needle is 8 hours of running time? When was the last time you changed those needles on your machine? What size needles did you install, and were they ballpoints or sharps? With this new handy tool, you don’t have to guess! The Madeira Needle Tracker is a durable, repositionable cling with numbered rows for tracking up to 16 needles per machine head. Each row has a space for jotting down the needle size and the date it was changed, and the choice of circling S or BP for sharp or ballpoint. The Madeira Needle Tracker is fully repositionable and, when used with the included Madeira pencil, can be filled in and erased multiple times.

How to use:
Find a flat, non-porous surface on or near each machine head. Be sure to clean and dry the surface first. Peel the release paper from the back of the cling and press the Needle Tracker onto the surface. Sharpen the pencil provided and use to write in the size and date changed for each needle. Circle the “S” for sharp needles or the “BP” for ballpoint needles. Writing is easily erased for the next time you change each needle.
