19inX50yd POLYURETHANE
E-Zee Film Laminate 3218 2 mil. is a polyurethane film that has a heat-activated adhesive on one side and a release paper on the other side.
It is used for finishing the back side of patches. It eliminates fraying and adds body and stability to sew-on patches. It is suitable for use with a wide range of materials including heat-sensitive and vinyl coated fabrics. It may also be used to seal up the back side of embroidery on water resistant garments. Made of polyurethane.

For use with:
Heat press settings:
- Machine setting: 248°F to 266°F (120°C to 130°C)
- Dwell time: 20 to 30 seconds
- Pressure: 2.8 to 4.2 Bar (40-60 psi)
How to use:
Hoop fabric, crinoline and/or stabilizer. Embroider design and remove from the hoop. Lay a piece of E-Zee Heat Seal on the back side of the embroidery with the release paper facing up. Use a heat press or iron to bond the E-Zee Heat Seal to the fabric (see chart above). Allow to cool and then pull off the release paper. Cut the patch to shape with scissors or a die cutter. Finish the edges with a serging machine or a zig-zag stitch on a home sewing machine.
Sealing the revers side of embroidery on water resistant garments:
Cut a piece slightly larger than the finished embroidery. Lay a piece of E-Zee Heat Seal on the back side of the embroidery with the release paper facing up. Use a heat press or iron to bond the E-Zee Heat Seal to the fabric (see chart above). Allow to cool and then pull off the release paper. Please note The recommended heat setting for the garment or substrate must be taken into account when setting the temperature of the heat press or iron for heat seals. Use a press cloth or silicone sheet as needed.
