Madeira’s Customer Appreciation Program (CAP) was designed for our small and medium sized customers, and  allows smaller spenders who regularly buy from Madeira the opportunity to save, as well.

Goals are individualized and based on what you have spent in the past. You can learn your individual goal - and how many reward dollars you are entitled to once you reach your goal in sales dollars - by calling 800 225-3001 and speaking with a customer service representative, or by Clicking Here and requesting the information by email. An answer will be sent within 24 hours. Please remember to mention your CAP reward to your sales rep when ordering on the phone, or just type CAP in the Message Box, when checking out an order online.

Your goal and corresponding reward are set based on your buying habits. They will fluctuate, quarter to quarter, by your seasonal sales and purchases. If you are a new customer, we can set you up within a few weeks after you begin buying from Madeira. And remember, as a one-stop shop, Madeira can fulfill all of your embroidery needs in one order.
